Connect, protect, and empower every OFW, wherever they are — and welcome friends of the Philippines with the same open heart.
Our story
FILus was founded by Markjanry Anico, an Overseas Filipino Worker based in Dubai, with one dream: to bring Filipinos around the world closer together.
Wherever we go, we carry home with us. FILus was born to revive the spirit of Bayanihan — that beautiful Filipino tradition of neighbors lifting each other up — and bring it online, so that no kabayan ever feels alone abroad. It's a place where Filipinos across every timezone can find one another, share what they know, look out for each other, and feel the warmth of home even when home is far away.
That same spirit is what makes us open our arms wider still. True to who we are as Filipinos — people who welcome others with open hearts — FILus extends its hospitality to travelers and friends from around the globe, whether they're discovering the Philippines or simply want to be part of our community.
Built solo by one kabayan who believed the community deserved better, FILus brings together the things OFWs truly need — trustworthy government links, anti-scam protection, embassy contacts, financial tools, jobs, and a safe, welcoming space to connect — with more useful features always on the way.

FILus is an independent platform built by a small team of Filipinos at home and abroad. We are not affiliated with any Philippine government agency (including OWWA, DMW, DFA, SSS, PhilHealth, or Pag-IBIG). We link to official agency services and we publish information from public sources, but we are not the government.
